I am  Premkumar G M, an Electrical & Electronics Engineer with over 16 years of comprehensive experience in substation tender, bids & proposal , design engineering, testing & commissioning, , and execution.

Over the course of my career, I have played key roles in delivering critical power infrastructure projects upto 400kV EHV substations. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover allowing me to contribute holistically to the success of most of the projects I undertake  .

Key Areas of Expertise:

• Substation Design Engineering (Upto 400kV):
  Proficient in preparing detailed design deliverables including SLDs, GA drawings, cable schedules, protection schemes, and equipment specifications in compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.).

• Testing & Commissioning:
  Experienced in end-to-end commissioning of switchgear, transformers, protection relays, CTs/VTs, SCADA systems, and substation automation. Skilled in FAT/SAT coordination and ensuring seamless energization.

• Tendering and bids &  Proposals:
  Expertise in reviewing technical specifications, preparing competitive bids, cost estimation, and engaging with clients/consultants during pre- and post-bid phases.

• Project Execution & Site Supervision:
  Hands-on involvement in construction supervision, vendor coordination, site inspections, and progress tracking. Adept at resolving field issues and ensuring alignment with design intent.
